Then the Mind and Body Membership is for you!

The annual membership is designed to grant access to lower rates for individual patients who prioritize regular care (typically every 1-4 weeks, most choose to “tune up” every 2-3 weeks), OR families who are trying to make care for the entire family more consistent and affordable.

How does it work?

The Mind and Body Membership functions much like a Costco or Sam’s Club Membership - you pay an annual fee that then grants you access to lower rates on all Chiropractic and Acupuncture services (*excludes Initial Visit, Report of Findings, and Re-exams).

Fees:

We like to think of this as an investment in your longevity and wellness lifestyle. (Think quality of life).

The fee for adults or individual children without a parent also being under care is $120 for a year.

The fee for children (18 years and younger) who are added to the plan of a parent is $15 for a year.
